📌 Figures Made to Order

All figures offered in our store are made to order, with a preparation time of 4 to 5 weeks, depending on the volume of orders at the time the order is placed; it could be slightly longer. This time guarantees quality and detail in each piece.

📌 Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it will not be possible to cancel the order, as the production process begins immediately.

📌 Returns and Refunds

🔹 Due to the personalized and exclusive nature of our figures, we do not accept returns or refunds, except in cases of error on our part or properly justified shipping damage.

📌 Receipt of Item

If there is any problem with your order once received, contact us within the first 24 hours of receiving the shipment, and we will find the best possible solution. After 24 hours of receiving the shipment, no claims will be accepted.

📌Uncollected orders / incorrect address

If an order is returned to our facilities because it was not collected within the carrier's timeframe or due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, the order will be considered correctly shipped.

In these cases:
– Shipping costs will not be refunded.
– The reshipment of the order must be paid again by the customer.
– If the customer does not request reshipment within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the return, the order will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.

  • How long does it take for the order to arrive once shipped?
    It depends on the destination country. In Spain, it usually takes between 5 to 7 business days. In Europe, from 5 to 10 business days, and outside Europe, it can take up to 15 business days or more depending on customs.

  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
    No, we need a physical address for delivery.
