All figures available in our shop are made to order, with a 3-4 week lead time , unless otherwise noted in the product description. This lead time guarantees the quality and detail of each piece.

📌 Cancellations

Once the order has been placed and after 24 hours have passed , it will not be possible to cancel or modify the order, since the production process begins immediately.

📌 Returns and Refunds

🔹 Due to the personalized and exclusive nature of our figures, we do not accept returns or refunds , except in cases of error on our part or duly justified damage in shipping .
🔹 If there is any problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will find the best solution.

Processing time is 3 to 4 weeks , depending on order load. If your figure is customized, the time may vary slightly. In any case, we always strive to keep you informed of the status of your order.

Shipments are made on Fridays each week. If your order is ready before then, we'll send you a message to let you know when it will be shipped.

    It depends on the destination country. In Spain , it usually takes 5 to 7 business days . In Europe, it takes 5 to 10 business days . Outside Europe, it can take up to 15 business days or more, depending on customs.

  • Do you ship to PO boxes?
    No, we require a physical address to deliver.
