All our figures are made to order. The usual production time is 2 to 3 weeks, although this may vary depending on the workload and the complexity of the piece. Once production is complete, the order is carefully prepared for shipping.

All our shipments include a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the necessary information to check its status.

Completed orders are usually dispatched on Fridays. For reference, delivery typically takes between 5 and 7 business days in Spain, between 5 and 10 business days in Europe, and can take 15 or more business days outside of Europe, depending on the destination.

Please check that the address provided during the purchase is correct. If an order is returned because it was not picked up or due to an incorrect address provided during the purchase, shipping costs will need to be paid again for re-shipment.

If the package arrives damaged or shows signs of having been hit during transport, contact us within the first 24 hours of receiving the order.

To properly manage the incident, we will need photographs of the outer packaging, the shipping label, the inner packaging, and the damaged product. Keep all packaging until we have reviewed the case.

Notifying us of the incident within the first 24 hours allows us to process it with the shipping company more quickly and have the necessary evidence.

Personalized products are created specifically for each customer. Once the production process has begun, they cannot be canceled due to a change of mind.

For non-personalized products, the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy will apply. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or transit-damaged item, please contact us so we can review your case.

International shipments may be subject to taxes, fees, or duties imposed by the destination country. When applicable, these charges depend on local regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.
